Concrete and Dirt are not accepted in any size, so you'll never see a heavy-material disposal fee.

How the weight allowance works
Every size includes a set number of tons. Most cleanouts never get close. Heavy material like shingles or plaster can, so here's the math.

Weight is measured at the disposal facility and billed only if you go over. Not sure how heavy your debris is? Call us and we'll help you pick the size with the right allowance.
Rental period
Rubber wheel dumpsters are picked up after 3 days, and roll-off dumpsters are picked up after one week. Need a little more time? Just let us know your timeline when you book and we’ll confirm the rental length, drop-off, and pickup that work for your project.

With All In Dumpster Rentals, roll-off dumpster rentals start at $300 for a 10 yard and go up to $500 for a 30 yard. Every price includes delivery, pickup, and a weight allowance. Final pricing can vary with location, debris type, rental length, and overweight charges, and we confirm your price before delivery.
No. The only common add-on is the overweight charge of $45 per ton over your size's included allowance, and we tell you the allowance up front. Keeping the container past the included rental period is $5 per extra day. Concrete and Dirt are not accepted, so there's never a surprise disposal fee for them.
The 10 yard at $300 is our lowest-priced container. For heavy material, though, the 20 yard's larger weight allowance often works out cheaper overall because you avoid overweight charges.
For anything more than a few items, usually yes. Junk removal crews charge by the truckload and do the loading for you; a roll-off costs a flat rate and you load it on your own schedule over several days. For cleanouts, remodels, and roofing, a dumpster is typically the lower-cost option.
Delivery and pickup are included in every price. There's no separate haul fee within our Downriver and Wayne County service area.
We confirm your price when we confirm your booking. Any additional charges, such as overweight fees, are billed after pickup and due within 14 days. Full terms are in our rental agreement.
