It depends on the project. A 10 or 15 yard dumpster works well for smaller cleanouts, garage junk, and minor renovation debris. A 20 or 30 yard dumpster is better for roofing, larger cleanouts, remodeling, and jobsite cleanup. If you're not sure, tell us what you're working on and we'll recommend the right size. Roll-off rentals start at $300.

Rubber wheel dumpsters are picked up after 3 days, and roll-off dumpsters are picked up after one week. Need a little more time? Just let us know your timeline when you book and we’ll confirm the rental length, drop-off, and pickup that work for your project.

Most general household junk and construction debris is fine: furniture, appliances (when arranged), wood, drywall, flooring, roofing shingles, yard waste, and general renovation or cleanout debris. If you're unsure about a specific item, just ask us when you book.

For safety and disposal rules, we can't accept hazardous materials, liquids, paint, oil, fuel, chemicals, asbestos, tires, batteries, or propane tanks. Concrete and dirt are also not accepted. If you have an item you're unsure about, call us at 734-846-1432 before you load it.

No, All In Dumpster Rentals does not accept concrete or dirt.

Usually not. As long as we know exactly where you want the dumpster placed and the spot is clear and accessible, we can drop it off and pick it up without you being there. We'll confirm placement details with you before delivery.

Yes. We deliver with driveway-friendly placement and can set boards under the roll-off to help protect your driveway surface. Let us know if you have any concerns about your driveway and we'll take extra care.

Each dumpster includes a listed weight allowance. If the dumpster goes over the included weight limit, the overweight fee is $45 per ton over.
